The examination will be conducted in two shifts, i.e. from 9 am to 12 noon and from 2 to 5 pm.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published on its official website the schedule for the 2020 Main Examination for the recruitment of geoscientists by UPSC.

According to the schedule, from October 17-18, 2020, the commission will conduct the main 2020 exam for recruitment of UPSC geoscientists at various centers across the country. The examination is carried out in two shifts, i.e. H. From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Schedule for the main 2020 exam of the UPSC Geo-Scientist:

Candidates who have applied for both geologist and junior hydrogeologist positions must appear in all 03 geological papers and one hydrogeological paper.

“If a candidate does not appear on one or more of the above-mentioned papers which are intended for the written examination for selection for the position of Geologist, Geophysicist, Chemist and Jr. Hydrogeologist, his candidacy will be rejected and will be part of his / her written examination / appeared to you, may not be evaluated and counted for any purpose, ”says the official notice.
