In fact, the Union Minister of Education gave this information by tweeting after the huge protest by schoolchildren and teachers against college and university exams.
Not only that, if a student of the final semester / final year cannot appear in the exam carried out by the university, for whatever reason, he / she should take the special exams for such courses / question papers (question papers). Can be given an opportunity

Pokhriyal said universities can take these exams at any time, depending on student needs. Previously, the UGC had issued guidelines for examining final exams for graduates and postgraduates across the country. In its revised guidelines, the Commission announced that the exams for students of the last academic year will now take place in September.
All exams in Delhi canceled
After several states refused to follow the UGC guidelines for final exams, Pokhriyal made several tweets on Twitter. After West Bengal, Odisha, Maharashtra and Punjab, Delhi also said today that due to the increasing number of coronavirus cases, it will not conduct final semester exams.
