One day after the railways allowed NEET and JEE candidates to take advantage of special on-site services in Mumbai on exam days, the national carrier has now decided to run 20 pairs of special trains from September 2nd to 15th to serve those who to appear in Bihar for these exams to give the opportunity.

One day after the railways allowed NEET and JEE candidates to take advantage of special on-site services in Mumbai on exam days, the national carrier has now decided to run 20 pairs of special trains from September 2nd to 15th to serve those who to appear in Bihar for these exams to give the opportunity.

Rail Minister Piyush Goyal announced the move, saying the facility would also be expanded to include students appearing for the National Defense Academy (NDA_ exam). “Indian Railways has decided to run 20 pairs of MEMU / DEMU special trains from September 2nd to 15th from candidates joining JEE Mains, NEET and NDA in Bihar,” the minister said in a tweet.

While the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) will take place on September 13th, the JEE-Main technical entrance examination is planned for September 1st to 6th. The joint NDA 2020 exam is scheduled to take place on September 6th.
