Telangana welfare students shine at the Business Ideation Festival
HYDERABAD: The Entrepreneurship Development Cell has organized a Business Ideation Festival (BIF), which is jointly organized by the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS) and the Volunteers for Rural Entrepreneurs Advancement Program (VREAP) for women studying in a social home. universities are organized online.

On this occasion, TSWREIS Secretary RS Praveen Kumar said: “Marginalized women are underrepresented in the Indian business community and lack the skills and confidence to start a business. In the age of globalization, marginalized young people have become mere job seekers rather than job creators. ”

He added: “To fill this gap, tribal and welfare organizations, with the support of the Government of Telangana, have promoted entrepreneurship and skills development programs to promote entrepreneurship among young women from dormitories for social and tribal care to develop.”

Fifteen college students with social degrees took part in the virtual online competition, from which three of the best ideas – promoting women, calling a friend, furniture upcycling – were selected for cash prizes.
