TBSE 12th HS result 2020: The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) will announce the results of grades 12 and 10 (old curriculum) on July 31.
“We will announce the results of classes 12 and 10 (old curriculum) tomorrow (Friday) at 9:00 a.m. We will also announce the results of Madrassa Alim, Fazil Arts and Theology tomorrow, ”said TBSE President, Dr. Bhabatosh Saha.
He added that a total of 26,400 students appeared for grade 12 exams and 211 students for grade 10 (old curriculum). 100 students appeared for Madrassa Alim, 28 for Fazil Arts and Theology.
After the results are announced, students can review their results at www.tbse.in, www.tripura.nic.in, www.tripuraresults.nic.in.
Although Class 10 exams (new curriculum) had ended prior to Covid-19’s first ban, exams on some papers in Class 10 (old curriculum), Class 12, Madrassa Alim, Fazil Arts, and Theology were canceled due to the pandemic.
“Since their exams were canceled, an average of the highest grades given by students in the subject sets was used to determine the grades for the papers that were not intended for exams,” said Saha.
Last year, class 12 science saw a pass of 88.85%, while the flow of the humanities recorded a pass of 79.05% and a pass of 78.13% in the stream of commerce.
Girls outperformed boys in last year’s results when the percentage of girls passed was 81.91% compared to boys whose percentage of women passed was 79.10%.
The TBSE announced on July 3 this year the results of Class 10 (new curriculum), which registered a pass of 69.49%. A total of 48,994 candidates appeared for the exams.
A pass of 64.60% was recorded in class 10 last year.
