The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) published the revised results for the Sub-Inspector (Fire) Recruitment Exam in the CISF on Monday on its official website.
Candidates who have taken the exam can review their scores online at ssc.nic.in.
The positions of sub-inspector (fire) in the CISF are reserved for male candidates. “However, it turned out that many female candidates applied for this position and 46 female candidates out of a total of 970 candidates were shortlisted for the next stage of the examination. Therefore, the result of this contribution has been revised and is available on the Commission’s website ”, it says in the official notice.
Out of 970, 46 additional male candidates instead of 46 female candidates will now be shortlisted for the next stage of the examination according to the revised result for the position of Sub-Inspector (Fire).
“46 additional male candidates are required to submit a hard copy of all supporting documents (self-certified) relating to essential qualification (EQ), experience, category, age, agerelaxation etc. (if applicable) along with the printout from their online application form at Regional office, i.e. SSC (NR), to which the post category belongs, ONLY by SPEED POST until 04.09.2020. When sending the documents to the Regional Commissioner (NR) by Speed Post, candidates should clearly state the information on “Degree and above” and “Post category No. NR15419” on the top of the envelope, ”the message says.
