SC declines to raise grounds for postponing or canceling the NEET exam
NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to raise a number of pleas to postpone or cancel the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) scheduled for September 13th.

A bank led by Justice Ashok Bhushan said authorities will take all necessary steps to pass the NEET bachelor’s exam for admission to medical courses as part of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Sorry, we’re not inclined to entertain,” said the bank.

The Apex Court dismissed petitions on Sept. 4, including those tabled by ministers from six opposition-ruled states to request a review of its August 17 ruling paving the way for NEET and JEE exams had leveled.
