In the meantime, a big decision has been made in Punjab for the 10th grade exam. Accordingly, the students are passed without taking the remaining exams. Based on pre-exams, students are now promoted to class 11. The government made this decision in the interests of the students regarding the ban.
Decision made due to blocking
In fact, schools, colleges and higher education institutions are closed due to the block. During the first phase of the ban, the remaining grades 10 and 12 exams were postponed. Now Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh announced that there will be no remaining exams for the 10th board and that the students will only be sent to the next class based on exams in front of the board. He gave this information through tweet.
CBSE exams take place from July 1-15
The prime minister said that following the state government’s decision, grades 5 through 10 would be promoted to the next grade due to the corona crisis without taking an exam in the Punjab School Education System. At the same time, there is no class 10 exam. The remaining Class 12 exams are conducted based on central government guidelines. Earlier, Union Minister of Education Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank had announced the dates of the remaining exams of the 10th and 12th CBSE boards. These exams take place between July 1st and July 15th. Except for students from Northeast Delhi, the 10th exam is not taking anywhere in the country.
