Postgraduate Diploma in Management (HRM / B & FS) Admission @ International Management Institute (IMI)

The International Management Institute (IMI) invites admission to the Postgraduate Diploma in Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Management (HRM) and Postgraduate Diploma in Management (B & FS) for the 2020-21 academic session

Eligibility to participate

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a total score of 50% or more or equivalent in any discipline including engineering, humanities, business, economics, medicine or any other educational area from an accredited university in India or abroad (from recognized by UGC) / Association of Indian Universities).
  • The applicant’s bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification must include at least three years of training, a secondary school according to the 10 + 2 system or equivalent training.
  • Candidates who appear in the final year of their bachelor’s degree or equivalent are also eligible, provided they can provide evidence that they meet the minimum admission criteria by September 30, 2021. Candidates who cannot meet this requirement may be rejected by the program.

Selection process: Candidates applying online for PGDM and / or PGDM (HRM) and / or PGDM (B & FS) admission will be shortlisted on the basis of

  • CAT or GMAT score
  • academic career

For the final stage of the selection process – Individual Assessment Process (essay writing and personal interview, etc.) only candidates will be shortlisted. The individual evaluation process will take place in February / March 2021 (provisional).

Past academic records, performance in the individual assessment process, and other qualitative parameters such as quality of work experience and extracurricular activities form the core components of the selection process.

The IMI New Delhi Admissions Committee reserves the right to change these components and to communicate them to the applicants during the individual assessment phase. The overall goal is to identify and evaluate the candidate’s potential for a management career.
