Panjab University will conduct the final exam online from September 17th
CHANDIGARH: Panjab University announced on Saturday that it would run online exams for students and postgraduates for the terminal classes for the first time from September 17th.

“The university is ready to conduct its first online exams for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses for the Exit / Terminal classes from September 17, 2020,” tweeted Panjab University.

Previously, the University Grant Commission (UGC) had stipulated that the final exams for undergraduate and postgraduate degrees (PG) must be mandatory by September 30th.

Recently, Delhi University held the Open Book Exams (OBE) for senior year students between August 10th and 31st, including those enrolled in the School of Open Learning (SoL) and Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) are registered.

Many universities had postponed exams for the grade and senior year after a surge in COVID-19 cases across the country.
