Over 15 lakh students are taking part in NEET today
NEW DELHI: Over 15 lakh candidates are expected to take the NEET on Sunday for admission to basic medical courses held in 3,862 centers across the country under strict precautions in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. By 5 p.m. on Saturday, more than 15 lakh of the 15.97 lakh registered candidates had downloaded their tickets.

In addition to increasing the number of centers from 2,546 last year, the SOPs established by the National Testing Agency include measures such as reducing the number of candidates per room from a previous 24 to 12 and staggering the entry and exit of students.
