One week of online FDP on "Research Ethics and Characterization Techniques in Materials Science" begins
ALAPPUZHA: The Department of Physics at Bishop Moore College Mavelikara launched a one-week online FDP on “Research Ethics and Characterization Techniques in of materials science “.

The opening event took place on the Zoom platform. Prof. A.K. Bakshi, Vice Chancellor of PDM University, Haryana, held the main patron saint address.

The one-week FDP on research ethics and characterization techniques in materials science was introduced by Dr. Vimal Rarh, the National Coordinator of the FDP.

S P Singh, director of St John’s College, Agra and Jacob Chandy, director of Bishop Moore College, held addresses of honor.

Dr. Susan Verghese P, IQAC coordinator at St. John’s College in Agra, introduced the topic. Dr. Ranjith Mathew Abraham, IQAC coordinator at Bishop Moore College, offered congratulations. Dr. D. Sajan, head of the physics department, gave the welcome speech.

A. Sundaresan, Professor and Chair of Chemistry and Physics of Materials, JNCASR, Bengaluru, and Dr. Madhu Chennabasappa, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Physics, Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru are the other professionals involved in specialized courses on X-ray diffraction. Up to 316 faculty members and scientists from around the world participate in this program.
