The Odisha Government’s College Department has allowed visually impaired teachers to take online courses from where they live until the COVID-19 situation normalizes.

A letter from the department on Monday, entitled “Guidelines for Online Teaching by Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students in All Colleges Under the Administrative Control of the Department of Higher Education,” read: “Continuing the letter, the government was delighted to have the visually impaired teachers attend Enable online courses from their place of residence to the return of normalcy in the COVID-19 pandemic. You don’t have to come to college to take online courses. ”

The Commissioner and Secretary of the Department of Higher Education have written to the headmasters of all graduate schools of the State Department of Higher Education asking them to take the necessary steps in this regard.
