After JEE Main, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is now preparing for the NEET UG medical entrance examination. This test is scheduled to take place nationwide on September 13th. Now, two days before the test, the Union Ministry of Health has issued a revised Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for performing the test. The test is carried out as part of this SOP issued by the Ministry of Health.

You have to sit in the isolation room when Corona is symptomatic

If any of the candidates under examination develop symptoms of corona, the sick person is kept in a separate room or area. During this time, the person remains isolated in a room with a mask or face covering until they undergo a medical examination. After that, the process continues on the advice of the doctor.

Candidates must submit a self-declaration form

Under the new guidelines, the National Testing Agency must issue a list of what students and parents can and cannot bring to the test center along with the admission card. The NTA has increased the number of exam centers to 3863 in order to pursue social distancing with regard to Corona. This Sunday paper-based exam requires students to submit a self-declaration form to be corona free.

These guidelines must be followed

  • There must be a two-meter gap between the seats of two students in the examination centers.
  • A face mask or covering is required at the examination center.
  • Examiners and employees from the security zone are not allowed to visit the center.
  • The filling of disinfectants based on water and alcohol is permitted.
  • The exam will only be carried out in the exam centers set up outside the security zone.
  • Spitting in the examination center is strictly prohibited.
  • The phone of every person in the exam center should have the Arogya Setu app.
  • According to the seating plan in each room, the exam director reviews the rules of social distancing.
  • Exam centers must ensure the availability of face coverings, masks, hand sanitizer, thermal guns, sodium hypochlorite, soap / hand wash, disposable paper towels, pulse oximeters, etc.
  • Candidates are not allowed to share any personal items or stationery in the examination center.
