NEET 2020: Plea urges SC to take notice of students who are not allowed to appear because they were trained 10 minutes late

A petition was filed with the Supreme Court to see ex officio a notice about “a student who was banned from appearing on NEET even though he had driven 700 km to the exam center because he was 10 minutes late. ”In his petition, petitioner and lawyer Shashwat Anand sought to establish certain guidelines for food, housing, water and transportation for those students who missed such exams.

Anand also said that the authorities concerned should conduct the exams for those students who were unfortunately unable to take the NEET or JEE.

The petition is expected to come in for a hearing within a week or so.
