The National Testing Agency (NTA) has changed the exam center for some candidates who are registered for the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) exam because of the implementation of COVID-19 measures. NEET-UG 2020 should take place on September 13th. NTA announced in its official announcement on Thursday that such candidates whose exam centers have changed had been notified via text messages, emails and phone calls. These candidates must download their revised entry ticket from the official website at ntaneet.nic.in.
NTA said no change was made in exam city.
“Nothing will change in the candidates’ central cities. Only centers were changed. The candidates concerned have already been informed by NTA via SMS and email. You will also be informed by phone. These candidates are advised to download their latest admission card available on the NEET website (https://ntaneet.nic.in) and report it to the new NEET (UG) 2020 exam on May 13, as indicated in the latest admission card . September 2020 “, says the official announcement.
The NTA also included the list of old and new centers in the official notice. A total of 44 exam centers in different states such as Assam, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, etc. have been changed. Click here to read the notice.
The NEET-UG 2020 will take place on September 13th, for which over 15 Lakh candidates have registered. The exam is conducted with strict protocols and precautionary measures to avoid infection of the candidates.
