The new and comprehensive NCFTE is being formulated by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) in consultation with the National Council for Education Research and Training (NCERT), according to the Ministry of Education.
Nishank had previously stated that the government is taking several initiatives and measures to implement the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
“The NEP 2020 was finalized after a detailed consultation process with all stakeholders including the governments of the states / UT.
