NATA 2020: "Less than 1% of students had problems"
A total of 30,000 candidates had registered for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). The online aptitude test is carried out for admission to five-year B Arch courses offered by 465 institutes.

Some aspirants and parents asked questions on social media about the credibility and sanctity of the home exam. Raj Oberoi, Registrar, CoA, said a candidate had been impersonated. “Action was taken immediately. Any kind of unfair means is unacceptable,” Oberoi said.

Many students used social media to highlight the technical issues. At one of the exam centers in Aligarh, candidates were unable to answer all of the questions due to a power failure shortly after the test began. Oberoi admitted there were technical glitches. “Less than 1% of the candidates have had technical problems and that is being examined by the committee,” he added.
