KCET Result 2020

The Karnataka Exam Authority has published the results of the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) on their official website at kea.kar.nic.in. Students can enter their role number and password to review their results online. The result can also be viewed at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

That year nearly 1.4 lakh candidates had taken the exam. KCET 2020 was held on July 30th and 31st, despite candidates calling for the exam to be postponed due to Covid-19. However, the Bengaluru Supreme Court rejected the application submitted by students.

KCET was held in 497 exam centers across the state. In the state capital Bangalore, 40,200 students wrote the work in 83 centers. KEA had stated that appropriate precautions were in place, including thermal screening, social distancing, wearing markings, etc. A maximum of 24 students are allowed to sit in an exam room. The examination centers were refurbished two days before the examination dates.
