Over 9 Lakh candidates have registered for the JEE Mains exam for admission to engineering courses in IITs, NITs, and Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs). The exams will be conducted in 660 centers across India for six days through September 6th.
Running the nationwide engineering exam, slated for April, has been vehemently opposed by members of the opposition and several students, having been postponed twice in recent months due to the coronavirus and floods that have affected many parts of the country .
JEE main exam analysis and student feedback
The students who showed up today on the first shift for the JEE Main Paper I (BE / BTech) exam reported that the paper was of moderate difficulty. The students also said that they had no problems in the centers as all safety norms were properly followed.
