JEE lead candidates rush toward exam centers
JAIPUR: A total of 45,227 candidates are expected to appear in the online JEE main exam from September 1-6 in nine districts of the state. The campaign to postpone or cancel the exam had confused thousands of candidates in remote areas. The state has nine examination centers.

Most of the aspirants felt that the center would cancel the exam due to pressure from various political parties. However, after all decks were cleared, candidates reached their exam centers either in rental cars or in private vehicles. In the footsteps of Madhya Pradesh, the state announced a free transport for JEE Main candidates on Monday evening. However, the belated decision will not bring much relief to the candidates.

“I’m on my way from Bharatpur with my son and his two friends who will appear in the morning shift in Jaipur for the JEE-MAIN exam. The online campaign created confusion for them as they waited until the afternoon to go to the exam center, ”said one parent, a RAS officer stationed in Bharatpur district. Around 12,000 candidates will appear in Jaipur.

In order to use free transportation, students must show their tickets to the bus driver or conductor. The service will be available until September 7th.
