This year a total of 11.74 lakhs have registered for the JEE (main) exam (January and April / September 2020), of which 10.23 lakhs have appeared in the exam. The test was conducted with no problems in 660 centers in 232 cities, including 8 outside of India.
The 2020 JEE (main) exam for B.E./B.Tech was held twice this year in CBT mode. The first exam was carried out between January 7th and 9th, 2020 in 6 shifts and the second JEE (main) exam between September 2nd and 6th, 2020 in 10 shifts.

A total of 24 candidates received 100 NTA points in the JEE (Main) January 2020 and April / September 2020 exam in Paper-1 (B.E./B.Tech.).
Candidates’ JEE Main 2020 ranks were determined taking into account the two NTA ratings of all candidates listed in the JEE (Main) JAN 2020 and APRIL / SEPTEMBER 2020 exams and according to the guidelines already provided on the jeemain website , better considered .nta.nic.in.
