Imarticus introduces an income sharing program to help students qualify during Covid-19

Imarticus Learning has started certification courses in data analysis and finance to give freshmen the opportunity to be industry-ready when the opportunity arises.

Joy Parekh, Vice President, Online Business Head, said current uncertainty in both recruitment and placement due to the global pandemic situation has forced professional institutions like Imarticus Learning to think outside the box as candidates are unwilling to do so in advance to pay.

“We introduced ISA (Income Sharing Agreement) so that candidates selected for the course can complete the course and be placed before paying our fees. While we guarantee placement, we also understand that we are taking a big risk and betting on the student. Efforts are aimed at empowering job seekers as recruiters during Covid-19 focus on training rather than recruitment, ”said Parekh.

The certification program started a month ago.

“The selection criteria are strict because we ensure the placement and also specify the package. If the candidate is accepted for a little less than the salary that we specified at the time the ISA was colored in, we waive the fee. It’s a risk, but we’re convinced that the hiring will eventually increase, about 5 to 6 months later. The candidates who enrolled in the course would be ready by this time, ”he said, adding,“ selected companies are hiring, but the pace is very slow at the moment.

“However, we only maintain the talent pool for roles in which there is no shortage of opportunities.”

Imarticus plans to launch two additional certification courses for credit and sales tax developers in two weeks.
