Fake accounts confuse students
In this context, the ICAI issued a notice that these fake accounts and pages create confusion in people’s minds. Messages posted therein generate incorrect information among the candidates. On these fake sites, false announcements and fake content are posted, which is abusive and offensive.
The ICAI warns against the creators of such fake sites and states that “posting inaccurate and abusive content on social media platforms is a violation of the law.
