Delhi University has announced the entrance test dates for admission to UG-PG and PhD programs for the 2020-2021 academic session. According to the published schedule, Delhi University will hold entrance exams for admission to 10 Bachelor and 86 Masters and MPhil PhD programs from September 6-11. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct these tests in 24 cities across the country, including Delhi NCR.

The examination takes place in three shifts

This two-hour exam is carried out in three shifts, the first shift starting at 8 a.m. The remaining two shifts start at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. On the first day, September 6th, courses at PG and PhD level take place in all three shifts. After that, the BMS, BBA, BA Honors Business Economics Shift-1 exam and the second shift of these courses from 4 to 6 p.m. will be held on the same day from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. On the same day, there is also a B.Ed exam in the morning shift.

1.47 Lakh students applied for Masters

A total of 1.47 Lakh students have applied for Masters courses this year, while 21,699 students have registered for MPhil and PhD programs. The graduate entrance exam is conducted for three management courses, journalism, education and some special programs. For these courses, students who did not achieve more than 90% on the 12th grade board exam have applied for such courses.
