The Supreme Court heard a petition Thursday contesting the CBSE’s decision to hold departmental exams on September 10th and 12th. A bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari and Sanjeev Khanna postponed the hearing of the case until September 14. At the same time, the petitioners were instructed to provide the Union of India with a copy of the petition to consider their application for temporary admission to universities.
