- The CBSE and ICSE Board can publish the 10th and 12th results until July 15th
- The marks of the last three examinations of the students are used as a basis in the evaluation scheme
A hearing was held on Friday before the Supreme Court on the remaining CBSE Board exams from 10th to 12th. During this time, the CBSE and ICSE informed the court that the results from July 10th and 12th to July 15th could be published. Prosecutor General Tushar Mehta, who appeared before the court on behalf of the CBSE and the central government, said that the grades from the students’ last three exams will serve as a basis in the grading scheme.
A three-judge bank, led by Justice AM Khanwilkar, asked the center and CBSE to issue notifications to cancel the exams. He also said that we should strive to give grades to the students based on the rating.
The reactions of students, parents and teachers have been continuously monitored on social media since the court’s decision. Many are happy with this decision and many consider it a waste of hard work. Many students even called it injustice.
#Cbse just does nothing other than make fun of our training. This is an injustice to all students who work hard. This is completely wrong in that you pass the base of three exams. Internal exams are also irrelevant, as there are always hard grades and fraud.@aajtak@ cbseindia29

CBSE should declare the 12th result based on an assessment before the board. It is not a good thing to take an average from another exam. Students can be good in one exam than in the other. For example, the chemistry student score cannot be compared to math #CBSEEXAMS# CbseExams2020#CBSE
