CBSE students are confused about the 10th and 12th exams until the lock begins. This confusion can end on Thursday. The CBSE Board will present its position on the cancellation or postponement of pending exams before the court, which can be used to make a final decision.
Recently, some parents made an application to the Supreme Court to cancel the exam. The Supreme Court asked the CBSE for an answer. CBSE should present its case to the Supreme Court on June 23 (Tuesday). However, the board appealed to the court to allow more time. The board said that experts are considering several options in this regard. In this case, the final decision will be made very soon.
CBSE has until June 25th
CBSE will be required to present its Supreme Court exams on June 25th. The board is expected to announce the cancellation of the exams prior to the placement of the party. This can alert the court to its decision during the hearing on Thursday. Given the increasing number of corona viruses across the country, the board is expected to decide to move students to the next class based on an assessment.
Opting for ICSE exams also in balance
Aside from CBSE, no decision has yet been made regarding ICSE board exams. The Supreme Court has also asked the central government to rule on the examinations of the ICSE board. The ICSE board had informed the Supreme Court that any decision the central government would take on the matter would be valid.
