The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced Class X board results on Wednesday.

I repeat that student health and quality education is our priority, ”said Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Minister of Human Resources Development, on Twitter.
The passport percentage rose slightly to 91.46 percent this year, compared to 91.10 percent in 2019.
In terms of region, Thiruvananthapuram has the best pass percentage with 99.28 percent, followed by Chennai (98.95 percent) and Bengaluru (98.23 percent). Guwahati was last with 79.12 percent.
The passport percentage was 85.79 percent in the Delhi-East region and 85.96 percent in the Delhi-West region. The performance of the candidates in the Delhi region was 85.86 percent.
In 2020, a total of 18.85.885 students enrolled in Class X board exams, of which 18.73.015 appeared and 17.13.121 passed the exam.
This year, girls also performed better than boys in terms of gender. This year, around 93.31 percent of girls passed the exam compared to 90.14 percent of boys who passed the exam.
