BPSC 66th prelims 2020 date announced

The Bihar Public Service Commission on Wednesday published the official notice on the 66th Examination of the Combined Public Service on its official website at bpsc.bih.nic.in. According to the announcement, there are 562 vacancies for various positions in different departments of the Bihar government. The Commission has also announced the indicative date for carrying out its preliminary test. The 66th BPSC PT will take place on December 27, 2020. Aspirants who successfully submit their applications for recruitment may appear for the PT.

The online registration process for BPSC’s 66th Preliminary Exam will begin on September 28th and will end on October 20th. Interested applicants can apply online at bpsc.bih.nic.in or online at bpsc.bih.nic.in.

The recruitment campaign is being carried out to fill 562 vacancies for a variety of positions including Superintendent of Police, Superintendent of Prison, Assistant Tax Commissioner, Senior Election Officer, Planning Officer, Bihar Probation Service Probation Officer, Additional District Traffic Officer, Food Supply Inspector, and Law Enforcement Officer , Block Panchayati Raj Officer and others.

Applicants with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university can apply. Candidates must complete the preliminary exam, followed by a main exam and an interview.

In the meantime, BPSC has also announced the dates for the 65th BPSC main examination. The 65th BPSC main exam will take place on October 13th, 14th and 20th. A total of 434 vacancies will be filled as part of the 65th BPSC recruiting campaign.
