Allahabad University Admission 2020: Allahabad University announces the schedule of admission tests
PRAYAGRAJ: After completing the process of inviting applications for various courses for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) graduates, the authorities of Allahabad University have set the detailed schedule for taking the entrance test for admission to these courses. The entrance test would take place between September 26th and October 5th and would take place in 10 different cities across the country except in Prayagraj.

After the final application deadline for various courses, a total of 1,29,333 aspirants had submitted their fee and completed the registration process. Of these, 68,235 aspirants had registered for UG courses including BA / BSc / BCom.

According to the approval of the Director, Prof. Prashant Agarwal, there will be 104 test centers in 11 cities in the country, including Prayagraj, and the entrance test would be in three phases. The entrance tests would be carried out in offline mode in 58 test centers and in 46 in online mode.

Among these, 53 test centers have been set up in Prayagraj, 37 of which are for offline and 16 for online mode.

“We would do our best to announce the result in the second week of October, after which the approval process begins,” said Prof. Agarwal.

Shailendra Rai, member of the admissions cell, said that in the first phase, the test for BSC (Math and Bio) would be held on Sept. 26 on the first shift from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.

In the second shift, the entrance test for BCom and BSc (Home Science) would take place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. On September 27th there will be an entrance test for BA, BFA and BPA in the first shift and for BALLB in the second shift.

On September 29th, the entrance test for the three-year LLB exam takes place in the second shift. On September 30th, PGAT (phase 1) will be carried out in the first shift and for admission in LLM and MCom in the second shift.

On October 1st, the entrance examination for admission to different courses will be held in both shifts. Afterwards, in the third phase, a test for PGAT (phase two) and for courses that will be held on October 3rd, 4th and 5th as part of the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS) will be carried out.

However, the university authorities have not published the test plan for the Combine Research Entry Test (CRET) program.
