Telangana government. conducted the first CET, TS ECET, on August 31st amid a Covid-19 pandemic. TS ECET is carried out for admission in the second year to engineering courses through side access. The exam was successfully completed with 90.83% of the candidates who took the computer-based test. The test was carried out in the morning and in the evening. Of 28,016 candidates who applied for the test, 25,448 candidates appeared for the exam.

TS POLYCET is scheduled for September 2nd. The exam takes place from 11 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. Students must reach the exam centers by 10 a.m. and should follow all safety precautions such as wearing masks and carrying disinfectants. 73,918 students are expected to take the test.
