After this withdrawal, many chapters such as secularism and nationalism for the current academic year were deleted from the curriculum.

Keep politics away from education: Union Minister of Education

However, since the board’s decision, there have been many types of social media reactions. Many people protest the removal of these subjects from the curriculum while many politicize them. In this context, the Union Minister of Education, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, called for politics to be kept away from education and for politics to be better educated.

Wrong picture is presented

The Minister of Personnel said many types of comments are being made on the topics that have been removed from the CBSE curriculum. The problem with these comments is that adding a specific topic displays an incorrect picture.

Board said – media show wrong

Earlier, CBSE secretary Anurag Tripathi had made a statement that the cuts made in the academic calendar are being reported incorrectly in the media. He noted that any issues that were removed fall under NCERT’s alternative academic calendar.
