The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the data sheet for grades 10 and 12 exams on Friday. The CBSE exam for the 10th and 12th subjects begins on September 22nd.
The 10th CBSE class department exam will be held on September 22nd, 23rd, 25th, 26th and 28th, while the 12th CBSE department exam will be held on 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, September 28th and 29th.

In addition to the theory test, CBSE will also conduct practical exams for those candidates who have failed in a practical subject. Candidates who appear for the specialist examination in a subject with practical work only have to appear theoretically if they have passed the practical examination. The practical exam for regular candidates in all subjects is conducted at each school for their own candidates.
“The candidate test for private candidates takes place in the theory test center, unless otherwise stated. Before completing the theory test, private candidates should contact the school principal of the school of their theory test center to find out the date and time of the practical test. The practical test should be completed before September 28, 2020, ”said the official announcement.
The exam starts at 10 a.m. According to the official announcement, the answer books will be distributed to candidates between 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m., and candidates will start writing their answers from 10:30 a.m.
Candidates must carry their own hand sanitizer in a transparent bottle. All candidates cover their mouth and nose with a mask / cloth. Candidates follow norms of physical distancing.
Earlier in the day, the Supreme Court notified CBSE of petitions filed by Grade 10 and 12 students requesting that departmental exams be canceled.
A three-judge bank, headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, issued the notice on the petitions submitted by students headed by Anika Samvedi. The court ordered CBSE to file its response by September 7th and opened the matter for a hearing on September 10th.
